Lake Erie’s shores and the Peace Bridge to Canada are 20 minutes away, while ski slopes, wineries, Darien Lake Theme Park/Resort, the breathtaking wonder of Niagara Falls and Letchworth State Park(the “Grand Canyon of the East”), are all within a one hour drive. Opening the door to the world, the Buffalo Niagara International Airport is a 15-mile drive from Orchard Park. Bus service between Orchard Park and Buffalo is provided by the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority. Taxi service is also available.

In addition to the Buffalo Bills, the city has representation in the National Hockey League with the Buffalo Sabres (First Niagara Center), AAA Baseball with the Buffalo Bisons (Coca-Cola Field), farm team for the New York Mets, and Buffalo Bandits indoor lacrosse (First Niagara Center).
